CBS Viewers Livid After Network Cancels Two Longstanding Shows

Fans of certain TV shows take them very seriously. They watch them with rapt attention to every detail and plot twist. It’s something they look forward to eagerly. So when CBS abruptly cancelled two popular dramas this week – FBI: International and FBI: Most Wanted – fallout and flak from disappointed followers came quickly, per dailymail.co.uk.

Another FBI Show Is In The CBS Pipeline

Another show in the FBI franchise, FBI: CIA, is reportedly in the pipeline, but that isn’t pacifying distraught fans one bit. The reason for the two established dramas’ demise is unclear. There is some chatter that they are bowing out to make way for the new program.

Actors Dylan McDermott on FBI: Most Wanted and Jesse Lee Soffer on FBI: International were two major attractions on each show.

Per the outlet, “All three are produced by Wolf Entertainment and Universal Television.”

Fans Vented Their Displeasure On Social Media About The Axing Of Their Favorite ‘FBI’ Shows

People are spewing their fury over these two beloved shows being scrapped by CBS. The torrent of angry comments on is flowing fast and furious. According to the fans, CBS really blew it. Big time.

“Why tf is #FBIInternational being canceled? At this point, this cancelation spree makes no sense cause this show has been good from episode 1! The math ain’t mathing. Canceling two shows just to greenlight a show that hasn’t even has its backdoor pilot aired yet is wild.”

Dear @CBS , nobody asked for FBI:CIA. We don’t care about it. WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU CANCEL #FBIInternational & #FBIMostWanted ?????? Are you mad?????”

“i’m just not ready to say goodbye to the fly team jet” #FBIInternational#SaveFBIInternational

Take back this idea to cancel #FBIMOSTWANTED #FBIINTERNATIONAL CBS. Mistake to do that nonsense

Everyone!!! Save and help renew FBI: Most Wanted – and FBI: International get renewed”

“Are we bitter over the cancellation of #FBIInternational? Yes. Are we excited to watch the next episode? It’s kinda bittersweet”

This may be a hope. We could campaign for another network to save it, we have the rest of the season to do so. The question is if it was costly, why not cancel #FBIInternational at the end of S3 when Luke left instead of signing Jesse to only give him 1 season? He deserved more.
