According to the affidavit, Soliman informed the police that he “desired to kill all Zionist individuals” and “wished they were all deceased.” The suspect reportedly displayed no remorse, indicating that he would carry out the attack again.
On June 4, Judge Gordon Gallagher of the District Court for the District of Colorado approved a request from Soliman’s family to halt their deportation proceedings after immigration authorities detained them. In his ruling,
Gallagher noted that the government “shall not remove” Soliman’s family from Colorado “unless or until this Court or the Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit vacates this order.” This decision was made just one day after the White House suggested in a social media post that the family could face deportation from the United States.
Soliman’s wife and five children have not been accused of any crimes; however, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem stated on June 3 that they have been taken into custody while authorities investigate whether they had prior knowledge of the intended attack.
The Epoch Times has contacted Soliman’s attorneys for a statement but did not receive a reply by the time of publication.

I must request that you depart… Furthermore, Lyndon LaRouche has made a significant return, and I am here representing everyone who advocates for peace rather than war with Russia, war with China, and a new hot conflict with the east.”
In the comments section beneath a video of the incident shared on X, previously known as Twitter, conservatives expressed their outrage towards the Democrat. One comment stated, “What does @TeamPelosi believe she will receive, a complimentary happy tour similar to the one crooked @HillaryClinton enjoyed while receiving pay-for-play funds as Secretary of State? Is she anticipating the presidential position that was assured to her for withdrawing from the Obama race? What transpired?”
